Effective 10 August 2026. This notice explains the limited information used to operate advocateankitkumarsingh.in and AKS Premium.
Information we use
When you contact the office, book a consultation or join AKS Premium, the website may process your name, email address, mobile number, messages, chosen access pass, payment and access-record identifiers, payment status, access dates, login history, security logs, IP address, browser details, reading preferences, saved articles and text passages you choose to highlight.
Google sign-in
If you choose Google sign-in, the website requests only the basic openid, email and profile identity information needed to verify and link your member account. It does not request or read Gmail messages, Google Drive files, contacts or calendars. Google access and refresh tokens are not stored by this membership system.
Payments
Razorpay processes each one-time Premium payment. This website records transaction identifiers, amount, status and membership dates needed to verify access and maintain your account. No Premium option creates auto-pay or automatic renewal. Card, bank and UPI credentials are entered on Razorpay's secure checkout and are not stored by this website.
Why information is used
Information is used to provide requested legal-service communications, verify payments, activate and protect Premium access, send OTP or account messages, prevent misuse, maintain records, respond to support requests and comply with applicable obligations.
Service providers and disclosure
Necessary information may be processed through hosting, email, Google authentication and Razorpay services. Information may also be disclosed where required by law, court order or a lawful authority. Personal information is not sold.
Cookies and account security
The membership system uses essential session cookies and a protected remember-sign-in cookie so a member can remain signed in until signing out or the secure token expires. Passwords, OTPs and remember-sign-in validators are stored only in protected hashed form where applicable. Reasonable access controls and security logs are used, but no internet service can promise absolute security.
Retention and your choices
Account, payment, security and communication records are retained only for operational, dispute, accounting and legal needs. You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable; some payment or legal records may need to be retained.
