AKS Premium Access Terms
Please read these terms before paying. Every Premium option is a one-time payment for a fixed access period. There is no auto-pay and no automatic renewal.
1. Access passes and charges
- 1-month pass: ₹599 paid once for one calendar month.
- 3-month pass: ₹1,617.30 paid once for three calendar months.
- 6-month pass: ₹3,054.90 paid once for six calendar months.
- 12-month pass: ₹5,750.40 paid once for twelve calendar months.
The checkout page shows the complete amount before Razorpay opens. No pass creates a recurring charge or authorises a future automatic payment. Taxes, if legally applicable, will be handled according to the merchant's payment and tax settings.
2. Payment confirmation and access
Premium access starts only after Razorpay confirms that the payment was captured and the website verifies the payment signature. Access is linked to the email used during payment. The member may return using the same Google account, email OTP or password.
3. Fixed period and expiry
Access ends automatically when the selected 1, 3, 6 or 12-month period expires. No cancellation request is required because nothing renews automatically. A member who wants continued access must make a new one-time payment. If another pass is purchased while access is still active, its period is added after the existing paid access period.
4. Failed or delayed payments
Access may remain pending until Razorpay confirms that payment was captured. Failed, reversed, refunded or incomplete payments do not provide Premium access. If money is deducted but access does not open, contact the office with the payment email and Razorpay Payment ID.
5. Refund policy
A payment for an access period that has already started is ordinarily non-refundable, except for a duplicate charge, a verified technical payment error, or where applicable law requires otherwise. Any approved refund will be processed through the original payment method and may take the time stated by the payment provider or issuing bank.
6. Account use
Account sharing, resale, unauthorised distribution of Premium material and attempts to bypass the paywall are not permitted. The member is responsible for keeping passwords and OTPs private. Never send an OTP, password or full card details to the office.
7. Nature of Premium content
Premium articles are provided for general legal awareness and education. Purchasing access does not create an advocate-client relationship, legal consultation or retainer, and does not guarantee any result. Case-specific advice requires a separate professional consultation.
8. Content, pricing and availability
Published content and included benefits may change. Any future price change applies only to a new purchase and does not reduce an access period that has already been paid for. Temporary maintenance, security checks or events outside reasonable control may affect availability.
