AKS Premium Membership Terms
Please read this page before paying. The final text should also be reviewed by your lawyer/accountant before the live launch.
1. Plans and charges
- One month only: ₹599 once, no auto-pay, access for one calendar month.
- Monthly auto-pay: ₹599 every month.
- Quarterly auto-pay: ₹1,617.30 every 3 months (10% below ₹1,797).
- Half-yearly auto-pay: ₹3,054.90 every 6 months (15% below ₹3,594).
- Annual auto-pay: ₹5,750.40 every year (20% below ₹7,188).
Checkout shows the selected amount and renewal period. Auto-pay continues until cancelled. Taxes, if legally applicable, must be shown and handled according to the merchant’s Razorpay and tax settings.
2. Access and account
Premium access is linked to the email used during payment. The member may return using the same Google account, email OTP or password. Account sharing, resale and attempts to bypass the paywall are not permitted.
3. Cancellation
A member may request cancellation from the account page. Auto-pay is scheduled to stop at the end of the current paid billing cycle; access normally continues until that period ends. The one-month-only option requires no cancellation because it does not renew.
4. Failed or delayed payments
Access may remain pending until Razorpay confirms that payment was captured. Failed, refunded, reversed, halted or expired payments do not provide continuing Premium access.
5. Refunds
Payments for an already-started content-access period are ordinarily non-refundable, except for duplicate charges, a verified technical payment error, or where applicable law requires otherwise. Contact the office promptly with the Razorpay Payment ID for investigation.
6. Nature of the content
Premium articles are for general legal awareness and education. A membership is not a legal consultation, retainer or advocate-client engagement, and it does not guarantee any result. Case-specific advice requires a separate professional consultation.
7. Changes and availability
Published content and included benefits may change. Material changes to pricing or renewal terms should be disclosed before they apply to a future charge.
8. Contact
For payment or access assistance, use the contact details published on this website and provide the account email and Razorpay Payment ID. Never send passwords, OTPs or full card details.
