Refund & Appointment Policy
- Appointment request is confirmed only after successful Razorpay payment verification and office confirmation.
- If the selected slot is unavailable from the advocate’s side, rescheduling or refund may be considered.
- Refund may be considered for duplicate payment, failed technical transaction, or non-availability from the office/advocate side.
- No refund is ordinarily available after consultation is completed, for client no-show, incorrect details, voluntary cancellation, or failure to attend at the confirmed time.
- Limited first-party access, consent and interaction logs are used across public pages for security, service improvement and record-keeping. No third-party analytics or advertising tracker is used.
- Precise location is requested only on this appointment page when a visitor chooses to share it and approves the browser permission prompt.
